Fantastic hotel in Bodo. We had a gorgeous room overlooking the harbour. Note that the room was small, but clean and trendy. Included breakfast was incredible. I did have to request room service and was told it needed to be requested at least one day in advance—I think this was more of a cultural difference than lack of attention

Dissapointed! Not given the room that was booked!

Extremely dissapointed at check-in! Given a standard room instead of superior room. The hassles of having to unpack and then repack to go to the superior room the next day for a 2day stay! Very inconvenient! Was told it was fully booked! Lousy excuse as we booked our superior room more than 3 months ago! No other discount given except for a lower charge for the standard room! Giving a 3 star as breakfast selection was good and Lilian at reception was quite helpful the 2nd day.
