Muy bien ubicado, pero algo viejas las instalaciones. Las camas un poco incómodas y los baños igual. Algo caro para las condiciones que tiene y para lo que ofrece, pero es buena opción para estar en la calle principal.

Excelente calefacción y agua caliente en la habitación; personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones en general, regulares; buena ubicación pues puedes ir caminando sin problema a todas partes. Desayuno bufet básico pero bueno. Nos salió más caro reservar con expedia que si hubiéramos hablado directo al hotel y solo nos incluía el desayuno.

Hotel amplio, en avenida principal

El personal de el hotel es un poco amable, necesitas preguntar con cuidado y seguir preguntando para que te den sugerencias y planes de los tours que manejan, la habitación de el hotel tenia un desperfecto con el calenton, lo reporte y no dieron solución hasta el día siguiente antes de desocupar la habitación (demasiada demora)

No volvería nunca

El wifi no sirve. Recepción dijo que funcionaba perfecto pero había varios huéspedes molestos a ninguno les funcionó. La calefacción del primer cuarto que nos dieron sonaba como licuadora (imposible dormir) y olía a plancha quemada, pedimos cambio de cuarto y la calefacción no funcionó nunca, no pudimos dormir por el frío, ni si quiera había cobija. Las camas demasiado incómodas. En general una mala estancia. No volvería.

Excelente desayuno

El hotel tiene excelente ubicacion, los cuartos estan muy bien limpieza y camas, solo tengo un pero y es la calefaccion, calienta bien pero hace un muchisimo ruido cuando prende y asi lo hace hasta que se apaga, el desayuno fue muy bueno con un sevicio buenisimo del chef

Zentral gelegen mit toller Heizung

Für 2 Nächte in Creel war es genau das richtige Hotel. Zentral gelegen und aufgrund der leichten Minusgrade in der Nacht waren wir über die toll funktionierende Heizung sehr glücklich. Zimmer sind einfach, aber gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, am zweiten Tag haben wir aufgrund der wenigen Gäste aber ein exklusives und sehr gutes persönliches Frühstück erhalten. Das Hotel bietet auch Touren an, welche im Preis-/Leistungsvergleich gut mithalten können.

mejorar la limpieza y ambientacion

Hola Este hotel tiene una privilegiada ubicación que solo le falta mayor atención en limpieza a cuartos, cambiar los colchones viejos, poner cortinas nas limpias. Seguramente en la sección que me toco es la mas antigua y por lo mismo algo descuidada. Deben aprovechar los beneficios que les dio la naturaleza y su ubicación y diseño. La atención del personal de recepción y alimentos es muy linda, en verdad que por eso regresaría. Ojala los dueños hagan algo por lograr la excelencia del lugar.

Hotel muy bien ubicado

El hotel se encuentra muy centrico, cerca de la plaza y por la calle principal enseguida de tiendas de artesanias y comercios. Tiene el area de recepcion bien decorada y con chimenea. El chek in es rapido y te incluye un desayuno gratis por persona, ahi mismo te ofrecen los tours los cuales entre mas personas mas economicos te salen. La habitacion limpia y amplia. Tiene tv, calefaccion y calentador de agua. El precio es aceptable. Si existen opciones mas economicas pero con menores beneficios. En resumen hotel muy recomendable.

Excelente estancia!!

Me gusto mi estadía en este hotel, excelente ubicación a un lado de los restaurantes en si de la calle turística, nos ofrecieron tours y fue muy bueno el recorrido, hay muchas cosas por hacer en creel y quedarse en este hotel lo recomiendo, los desayunos estuvieron bien.. falta un poco de limpieza en las habitaciones había un poco de polvo pero si hacian el tendido de camas y limpieza del baño... en general excelente lo recomiendo!!

un hotel muy recomendado

El hotel esta en el area centrica del pueblo, hay buena atencion por parte del personal, el desayuno es basico pero muy bueno, la atencion de recepcion es muy aceptable, incluso te preguntan cuales seran tus actividades y te recomiendan que hacer en caso de que no sepas mucho, en general me agrado la estancia en el hotel.
