Bochum is a pleasant city. This hotel is located right outside the train station and is directly in front of the bus stop. This is great for commuting but unfortunately bums and homeless people drink and loiter outside in the evening.
I only stayed here because it was cheaper than staying in Dortmund. Prices were more expensive because of Borussia Dortmund vs. Bayern Munchen match.
