Great location. Huge room with all required amenieties. Clean. Not luxury but as described and fully functional with the exception of the sofa bed. If using the Sofa bed do not expect to sleep - it creaks so loudly at every slight movement - so bad so, that we had to resort to placing the thin matress directly on the floor and putting the actual bed frame away.

I extended my stay at this property because it was so convenient and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Spacious, clean room, in the center of the town, equipped small kitchen and free laundry facility. The check-in was very easy, good remote customer service. Will definitely consider this place for my next visit.

Nice, spacious unit. Well furnished and maintained. Balcony was well used but would have benefitted from more comfortable seating. The table and chairs on balcony were functional but not comfortable for sitting any length of time. Kitchen area was useful, though personally I would have preferred an oven or microwave for heating food. Great, large shower. Nicely laid out bathroom with quality fixtures. Bed was comfortable as was sofa bed. Air-conditioning unit started dripping water at 3am on our 5th day so we had to switch it off, not ideal when outside temperature was in the 30's. Sent WhatsApp to ask for repair in the morning and left unit off while we were out for day. No idea if someone came to repair, or if leaving system off for 6 hours reset it, but it worked again for our final night. The common areas were not always the cleanest as there were often empty beer bottles, sometimes smashed, in the foyer in the morning. At times it didnt feel hugely safe as people would follow us into building and, other than slamming the door in their face, there was no way of stopping them, or knowing if they were guests or not. The location was close to all the local shops and restaurants and handy for all we needed on our trip. We would stay again as space and finish in the suite was better than most others in the area.

Stayed for 1 night Pros: clean, simple, comes with kitchenette Fairly quiet with the windows closed Affordable :) Easy check-in (mobile) Cons: Elevator - the first elevator coming in from the garage didn’t work or was turned off when we arrived late at night, took quite a bit of searching to discover there is another one just down the hall and around the corner. Some signs would been been very helpful! Lint - I love that there’s a laundry room in the hotel, but the dryers were full of lint to the point it’s a serious fire hazard. No signs asking people to remove lint, no bins for the lint. All in all I love the concept of the staffless hotels , but it could use some fine tuning.

The accommodation does not face the pedestrian zone as the address suggests but a large busy road called Suedring which is very noisy, as they clearly know from the ear plugs they supply. It’s impossible to open the windows because of that noise. But this is not advertised. The access code was only available on the day at 3pm whilst the Expedia website said it would be sent a day in advance. I left my new iphone charger and lead behind by mistake but they did not find it, apparently. The accommodation itself was ok but the factors above made this a not great experience.

Avoid at all costs!!! On arrival we opened the sofa bed, which I had asked to be made up for arrival 2 weeks prior, to find what appeared to be a used personal item, food and various other debris on the stained mattress. Also one of the pillows had a heavy blood stain. There were no bedsheets, duvet covers or pillowcases provided for the sofa bed either. As there is no reception for this property I had to WhatsApp the Property Manager to ask for linen for the sofa bed to be provided. He promised this would be done as a matter of urgency but, despite several follow up WhatsApp messages sent by me and responded to by Limehome, the promised linen did not materialise at all during our stay. I was travelling with an unrelated friend and we had booked this property specifically as it provided 2 separate sleeping facilities. According to the last message I received from Limehome it is not their policy to provide linen for a sofa bed. But it seems, even when you specifically request it is provided in advance and during your stay, if you book for two people they only put bed linen on the double bed. The Property Manager downright lied to us on several occasions, promising that the sofa bed linen was to be delivered as a priority. It seems once Limehome have your money they dont care about any issues you may have. Also, every time we returned to the property in the evening the entrance hallway smelled strongly of illegal substances.

Property was easy to find and quick to access. Room was clean on arrival and reasonably cool, with aircon, considering outside temperature was 30°+. First morning we realised there was a very unpleasant smell in room and couldn't work out where it was coming from as didnt appear to be drains in bathroom. Contacted property manager and he responded quickly offering to have someone stop by. We decide just to buy air diffuser for room as only staying 2 nights, and needed to head out, so couldn't wait on someone coming. Smell worse when we returned in evening and seemed to be linked to air conditioning unit. Excessively hot in Bochum so we couldn't do without aircon so decided just to put up with it overnight as not possible to open window and still have aircon running. I'm hoping the smell issue has been rectified by our next visit as room was great other than that issue. The location was perfect for our needs and not noisy considering it's on the Ring Road. Plenty shops and restaurants around property. Personally, I would have preferred a safe and fridge but, as only a short stay, room was sufficient. Coffee machine with a few pods and kettle with 4 different teas.

Die Suiten sind modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Espresso Maschine mit Kapseln steht zur Verfügung. Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr bestückt. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral unmittelbar an der Fußgängerzone. Es steht ein Parkhaus direkt im Gebäude bereit. Allerdings ist die Einfahrt eher für Geübte und die Höhe auf 1.80 m begrenzt.

Moderne Apartments in einem sauberen modernen Haus Parkgelegenheiten direkt im Haus beziehungsweise in der Nähe. Unmittelbar in der Nähe auch Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Durch die Zentrale Lage bei offenem Fenster laut. Leider ist die Klimaanlage ausgestellt. So dass es selbst im April im Zimmer viel zu warm ist, um zu schlafen. Es sollte darüber nachgedacht werden zu mindestens zeitweise die Klimaanlage in den Abendstunden anzustellen. Ansonsten wunderbares Apartment! Leider fehlten Geschirr Handtücher.

Zimmer war sauber, Betten mit guten Matratzen, Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Tellern usw. mehr als ausreichend für 2 Personen. Lage der Wohnung Innenstadtnah und gegen Lärm von außen okay. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind und die Fußleisten der Küchenzeile einen kleinen Wasserschaden aufwiesen. Ansonsten alles ordentlich und sauber. Wohnung ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt top geeignet.

Sauberes Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr zentral. Leider waren am Abend mehrere Jugendliche im Flur, die Videos drehten und mehrfach gegen die Türen auf dem gesamten Flur klopften. Es schien, als könne einfach jeder das Haus auch ohne Code betreten, obwohl die Türöffnung der Haustür eigentlich einen Code verlangt.

Sehr schönes Studio mit moderner Einrichtung, kleine Küchenzeile mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Bett war sehr bequem. Trotz Lage an der Einkaufsstraße kein Lärm. Im Keller kann man kostenlos Waschen und Trocknen. Parkplätze können gegen Gebühr hinzu gebucht werden. Gerne wieder!
