We stayed there twice in two different rooms. The quality of the rooms was outstanding for the level of the hotel; we couldn't understand the low score given by others, even more so when compared to other hotels in the area. I think it is fair to say this is one of the best options in the area, as we spent a couple of weeks jumping from hotel to hotel due to the lack of rooms during Christmas

This was a budget family holiday and the location was great for restaurants bars and nightlife. We used the hotel as a base for travelling to different islands using water taxis so ticked the box . Staff were friendly and helpeful.

Excellent stay with pool, clean & breakfast buffet

This was a really spectacular stay as the room was spacious/clean and had a fridge, tv, air conditioning, good wifi, safe, hot water, and a deck (for the specific room provided). There was a great pool in the courtyard in a private space. There is also breakfast in the adjacent Japanese restaurant that serves a morning buffet from 7-10am with good options for omelet, braised chicken, pastries, ham/cheese, and coffee/tea/juice for a good value. Ali (spelling... sorry) was super informative during check-in and she kindly remembered to wish a happy birthday which I appreciated. The rest of the ladies there are very friendly and smiling to welcome you; the gentlemen not so much but service was efficient.

Pool was not only closed but there were people in it running jackhammers starting at 8:00 AM. When I asked to be let out of my reservation I was told that I should have seen the word pool crossed out in the hotel description (forget the photo of a full pool). My bathroom sink did not have hot water and the bathroom smelled in general. Wish I had stayed somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights) at Swan's Cay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great, just steps away from our room and the water was the perfect temperature. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing that was not great was the dog tied up next to a house behind the hotel that barked every afternoon/evening, but not much the hotel can do about that.
