Wonderful stay in a beautiful place. The staff have been nice and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and daily service spotless. It is a club with plenty of nice little touches like chocolates, lip balms, beach bag and slippers, to name a few. The mandatory 20% service charge meant we did not have to worry about tipping and the staff did not expect any. We took the boat to the Cloister several times and doubt it pleasant and convenient. Friendliest staff, best food, and incredible amenities. Everything was seamless and staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. Definitely will be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel...staff needs improvement

Location, facilities, pools and beaches were wonderful. Front-desk staff at first was a bit unpolite, but later (after we dealt with someone else) it improved. Our waiters in the pools were awesome! Our waiter at Marisol? down-right rude.

Very clean and well maintained modern property. Well designed and thought out across 2 very different sites. Most staff are extremely attentive, although one or 2 exceptions did let the overall experience down.
