Muito bom

Para um pernoite é conveniente, pois o quarto é novo e confortável, além de estar em ótima localização. A bronca é que não tem elevador, o que já fica ruim para quem tem bagagens maiores. Também senti falta de alguns equipamentos, como lixeira no quarto; ganchos no banheiro para colocar peças de roupa; um criado mudo para colocar itens pessoais, como a carteira e o celular, além de uma tomada mais próxima da cama para deixar o celular carregando. Atendimento foi excelente, não tive do que reclamar. Café da manhã ok.

Horrível! Não recomendo

Horrível, hotel está precisando urgente de manutenção e limpeza. Assim que entramos no quarto, fomos recebidos por uma barata. Banheiro sujo, paredes sujas. Café da manhã o restaurante está sucateado, as garrafas de café e leite estão imundas, tudo amassada, as xícaras tudo sujas e mal lavadas, péssima qualidade. Não tirei fotos pq ia impactar muito.

Sempre desejei conhecer mais da região norte. Em Boa Vista, o Hotel atendeu bem na ida, e na volta da Travessia do Monte Roraima. Destaque para os funcionários que tentam fazer o melhor pelos hóspedes e, para a cozinha/restaurante, com boas opções de pratos, inclusive aos que não comem carne.

Nice folks at a no frills hotel

I had a good stay at the hotel. Boa Vista is a little limited in terms of the options available. This hotel gets the job done with no frills. The service is decent, the folks are nice and it is clean.

O hotel é uma opção interessante apenas por conta da localização central e pela falta de alternativas melhores. Mas as condições de conservações são ruins. Meu quarto tinha uma barata. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. O quarto não tem cobertor ou edredom, você precisa ir buscar na recepção. A luz principal do quarto não funcionava. O colchão estava bem deformado. Não pretendo voltar.

O hotel precisa de uma remodelagem, o atendimento não é dos melhores, parece que os funcionários não querem resolver seu problema, ficamos quatro noites e apenas um dia o quarto foi arrumado e limpo. O quarto, 115, estava com cheiro de mofo, por, todos os quartos tinha fico de mofo na parede do banheiro.

É um bom hotel

O hotel tem quartos e banheiros reformados. É bem limpo e a cama é razoável. Seria bom fazer uma manutenção maior na limpeza do ar condicionado e colocar uma película branca ou uma cortina na janela do banheiro - estava um pouco exposto

Ao entrar no hotel pedi um copo de água na recepção e não tinha , apenas comprando. Pedi para o quarto ser limpo no domingo (eu havia chegado na sexta ) e a funcionária da limpeza informou que aos domingos não existe esse serviço , mas após eu insistir , optou por ajudar. No mais a estrutura do restaurante do hotel / piscina e café da manhã são excelentes .

Ótima localização

Ótimo hotel , bem localizado, atendimento amigável, bom restaurante. Os corredores à noite são às vezes barulhentos. A janela do meu quarto, no térreo, dava para um pátio que funciona como depósito de coisas velhas, um pouco desagradável.

Estadia razoável, cama dura, Box banheiro minúsculo pra mim q tenho 1,85 super apertado, ar condicionado sujo e não gelando… Recepcionista Yasmine super educada, porém a única os outros não simpáticos e solicitos… Café da manhã bom porém servido com margarina!!! Eu detesto, tem q ser manteiga!!!

Bonito por fora e insuficiente nos quartos

Instalações externas muito boas e novas, parecendo que foi feito trabalho paisagistico mas quartos e corredor velhos e necessitando de reformas. Além disso, tivemos uma situação constrangedora. Apesar do hotel ter microondas no corredor pra caso o hospede queira usar, pedimos um prato na recepção para comer uma refeição que pedimos via delivery e queriamos esquentar e o recepcionista foi rude quase nos negando um prato que poderia ser emprestado do restaurante do cafe da manhã localizado anexo ao hotel. Nos olhou de forma estranha como se tivessemos pedindo algo impossivel.
