I am not one who fills these things out. I was just looking for somewhere to lay my head down between a long stretch of drive time. It was very affordable and the front desk person was nice and helpful. However, the room was hotter than the temp outside. Never really cooled off enough for me to get a restful sleep. Water was brown when I washed my hands, so didn’t get a shower the morning of departure. Had to get front desk staff to fix my TV as it wasn’t connected to wifi and I didn’t know the password. The breakfast was called “buffet style”. Not really. Made a waffle bc that looked safe. It was so sour! Not sure if it was the batter or the syrup, I threw it in the trash. Hope I don’t get sick. Grabbed some cereal to go that ended up being partially open and stale. Yes, I should have checked it but that should a responsibility of the person putting it out for people to eat. She was lovely, so it’s sad she’s not up to par on food prep and presentation. I didn’t have breakfast. Hope this helps make things better for others.

Truthfully I’m only giving them one star because they don’t room to locals “no exceptions “. I live here but I’m not from here. I wasn’t looking to throw a party or cause any trouble. I had about two days worth of plumbing work needed done to my house and needed somewhere to stay in the meantime. According to Expedia customer service the Hotel is being uncooperative in getting my refund for the reservation they canceled on there end.

New user Booked through Expedia not knowing Expedia does not physically interview their engaged properties. Not one Expedia person would represent or stay the night. Kinda like Animal House meets ten decibels above human pain meets a lot of alcohol. Did walk down the scary breezeway to the abandon pool courtyard into the assigned room. Left the property and spent more money to be safe and clean at another hotel.

The hotel could not charge the room to the Hotels.com card, so we spent over 30 minutes on the phone with your call center, who couldn't manage to contact the hotel, even though we were at the front desk and had the desk manger on the speaker call with us. Ultimately we simply had to cancel and refund the room though you and book through the hotel directly for a different rate. This interaction does not inspire confidence in your service, and is not the first time it has happened.

Nice for the price

We were pleased with how quiet it was in the room. We were just stopping overnight for some sleep on a 2 day road trip. The breakfast was great! We were happy to see hot foods and not just a ton of carb loaded stuff.

Nice place with good restaurant

Nice place. There is a mexican restaurant and bar right in the building. We had a drink and appetizer when we first got there and ate our dinner there later in the evening. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty and the wait staff very friendly. I would stay there again.

Close to interstate

A lot of towels, bathroom and fridge and microwave very clean and bed fresh. But the room smelled dirty, sour, and the AC unit made it worse. The carpet looked okay but felt damp and dirty and smelled like dirty feet.

Clean Hotel that allows pets

Hotel is older design (entrance to rooms from outside). However it had been updated. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable and looked like newer carpet. Price was excellent, even with allowing our small dog. Conveniently has access to good Mexican restaurant from the lobby. Only complaint was that I could not access WI-fi for my IPad from the room. Preservationist said she would have to have someone re-boot system but don't know if that happened or not because I was not able to use the internet. I would definitely stay here again if I traveled that way.

Don't stay here!

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! They gave me a smoking room with double bed! Then would not refund my money! Would nit recommend thus place to anybody $94.00 wasted
