Well the pool is closed and has been for years. The breakfast was apples oranges cereal coffee. The room looked like someone had been in it just before we got there. Beds were good, TV worked and was relatively quiet

Professional through and through...

My experience was good the staff were friendly and helpful when my flight was delayed to the next. Additionally the staff was helpful when I had key card issues. Overall the staff was professional even through the current tornado watch and warning that were present.

Had a king suite. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotels.com app said that breakfast was included and laundry facilities were available. There were no laundry facilities. Breakfast was very disappointing— only cold cereal. Breakfast option very minimal compared to other Days Inns we’ve stayed at.

The check in went very well, even though it was 9:00pm when we arrived! The hotel looks like they have updated some parts of the rooms and lobby. The couch in our room was very worn out. The rest of the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was cereal and a apple, would be better not to advertise you have breakfast. Very friendly staff!

Great place for terrible room and rude service.

This is the only hotel in this small industrial community. I have been staying here 3 days a week for a month. Each time i have received a room that was in equally bad condition. Either the tub does not work, there are soft spots in the floor, or the desk chair is completely broken. The first week, the turndown service was great. It was cleaned and replenished, just like pre covid. The last three weeks has been different. No coffee, no new towels. I have also had to call to get things straight with my credit card charges. The assistant manager was the rudest person I have talked to in my life. She seemed annoyed that anyone was calling to ask her to do work. And when i said she was rude, she made excuses like it was my fault, the customer, for calling. It is literally the only Hotel in Oceola Ar. It is actually a chore to stay at this place when i come for business.
