There was a dead roach in our room when we arrived. The beds were pretty uncomfortable as well, but the staff were all very nice!!

The staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. The room was clean and neat. The only complaint that I had was the bathroom sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. The bed was very comfortable.

This reservation was incorrect. I am trying to get this refunded as we are moving from Michigan to Texas and made the reservation. I came to Blytheville to visit family. I stayed for 2 nights. On the second night the elevator broke and I was staying on the 3rd floor. I have had some surgeries which make it hard for me to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The girl at the front desk, Kiara, went above and beyond. She found me a room on the 1st floor and then moved all my belongings from the third floor to the first floor. She is amazing!
