Wonderful location. Very private with breathtaking views. The hostess has a wonderful eye for detail. All the accessories in the bedroom and bathroom made it feel special cozy and warm. The teas were divine. Breakfast was delicious. So nice to have a true boutique hotel experience with a lovely personal touch.

The woman running the place, Sami, was AMAZING. I loved the place, but she took it to another level. Very friendly and personable. Would definitely go back there.

A great little hotel with fabulous views of the end-of-the-island sea. Good restaurant next door, and a great coastal walk nearby. Worth stopping by on your tour of the South Island.

Andy was lovely , the breakfast was nice and whilst we had a "Garden View room " - (there was no garden ) so can only comment on our room type - I think "luxury boutique" is a stretch.... Over priced for what we expected.

The hotel itself was nice, outlook amazing, bathroom heater switch was way up next to ceiling, grounds were terrible - full of weeds, no one at reception on arrival- we had to go over to restaurant to get someone to check us in. Guests need to feel welcome/soecial. A boutique hotel should have tidy presentable grounds. Breakfast was good.

Very cute place to stay at the "Lands End" feeling like you're at the edge of the world. The best part of this place is Andy! He was so friendly and welcoming for the entirety of our stay! Would definitely recommend Land's End Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in this area!

It is an awesome location. The room was a good size. The restaurant adjacent to the property was excellent. Unfortunately, the walls in the hotel are very thin, so TV, conversation and snoring were all quite clear.

Lands End Boutique Hotel was a nice place to stay. The views are great. The rooms and particularly the bathrooms are small with a few maintenance issues. Overall a solid 4 star property.

Friendly happy staff, ok breakfast, a little pricey for what it is overall. Room small and single glazed windows, walls paper thin and view of a ramp and bins. Would recommend to book a sea view room.

Nice place to stay

Andy was great. Quick check in. Brekky was good and the hotel was accommodating to our early departure ensuring we still had brekky. Beds were comfortable. Limited food choices though in Bluff itself. And do not eat at the best fish n chip shop cause it ain’t the best at all!!!!

Lands End

The only drawback was that staff was also managing the adjacent restaurant and lounge/bar. Had to contact person at restaurant to come to reception to let us in. Room was clean, but small (as advertised). Meals at restaurant were excellent.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Bluff and the view is great. There is also a nice hiking trail along the coast starting at the hotel. Lands End really should not be called hotel but bed and breakfast because only breakfast is served and the only restaurant next door was closed ( permanently???). So we had to get take- out from a Chinese restaurant. Chinese food can be excellent- this one was not. The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very small. The reception area needs to be improved. An ironing board should not be part of the furniture. Breakfast was basic but ok. Eggs were cooked to order.
