We have stayed here three times and everytime is a wonderful get away. The rooms are always clean, close to many restaurants, staff is kind and welcoming! I love having drinks, and snacks available to curb those needs. Breakfast is also always tops tier and enough to fill you up before heading to town to see the sights and try new places.

Very nice place for a couples weekend

The Jacuzzi tubs are perfect. Breakfast is always good and the staff are super friendly. I've stayed twice and will be back for sure.

A Hidden Gem!

The Wampler House is a hidden gem. The environment was warm, cozy and inviting. Our hostess, Sally, was kind and jovial and much of the warmth ensconced in Wampler House, came from her. Absolutely delicious breakfasts were served and were expertly prepared. She also has gluten and dairy-free options for those who have dietary restrictions. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the decor was tasteful and inviting. We will be back!

Awesome place!

Extraordinary breakfast!

This is a very nice B&B in an area of Bloomington I'd never explored before. But what really made my stay stand out was the truly excellent breakfast and the wonderful whirlpool tub. Wonderful way to relax in these stressful times!

So nice

We had an amazing stay! The house was so clean and the availability of tea/coffee anytime was great. Breakfast during the week was such a nice spread with fresh fruit and warm hardboiled eggs - along with bagels, sweet bread and more. We will be back when we visit family.

What a lovely bed and breakfast! We came in for Homecoming and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire facility was sparkling clean, and the hospitality of the staff was superb! It was off the beaten path, but an easy drive to campus. I would definitely recommend the Wampler House to anyone looking for a unique experience. They will make you feel right at home.

Great Breakfast and beautiful historic home…

The food was outstanding! Love the back porch. The lock needs to be tightened up. The A/C was not on and the ceiling fan would not flow towards the bed even after adjusting it. It was just a minor inconvenience. The whole house was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely add this location to our list!
