Amazing staff!!! Ruth was amazing at check in. The families were nice during breakfast. My son was disappointed the pool was closed but still enjoyed being able to walk around Uptown. A little stretch walking with a toddler to the parking garage due to some drivers just don’t have patience. 10/10 cannot wait to stay again.

I enjoyed the room darkening shades, room was clean AC was nice. The pool was down for maintenance. The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave.
