Our one night stay exceeded my expectations. The location was close to campus and many dining options. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast had good choices and was staffed with a helpful server. Our actual room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. Would definitely stay here again!

Everyone from the check-in staff to the kitchen staff are so very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was of a great variety (egg bites with a balsamic glaze, bacon, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and the most decadent chef-prepared apricot/brie French pastries that I’m still thinking about!) Grant Street is my go-to when I’m in the area. Close to dining, shopping, and campus.

Grant street inn is the place to stay! The rooms are gorgeous, extra clean. The staff is just amazingly professional but so kind and fun too. They are ready to help no matter what. Tha place is extremely well located to IU and local restaurants. This is a repeat stay and I will come back.
