Nice enough
Nice people. Property a bit run down, chair in room missing a leg, lamp had a shade flopping. 3 night stay, service every day, clean towels, coffee replenished, etc.

It’s been an Econolodge for 2 years. Clean room and bed but paint is scratched or dented on walls.
It is no longer a Days Inn. It has switched to Econolodge, which caused some confusion in trying to find it. All I wanted was clean, safe and economic. It fit all three. Breakfast was minimal.
I booked this hotel through Expedia in April and I put my trust in them with my reservation. So the day I was set to arrive the hotel was NOT the hotel I reserved. Apparently the Days Inn in El Paso IL is permanently closed and has been for 4/5 years!!! So why put it on the site if it’s not there. I’m still waiting to hear back from Expedia for my refund and even they were hard to find. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else.
This was not the Days Inn it was the Econo Lodge. The place was dirty and there was blood on the floor by the chair. ended up leaving because it was so bad
Not told sold to econo lodge, even when spoke to days inn 800 number
Chair in room filthy and dog chewed
Will never stay here again
Hallway carpet filthy
Toilet loose
Sheets kept coming off bed
I booked thinking this was a Days Inn. It was not it was an Econo lodge. The bottom of the pool was so rough that someone got scratched. Breakfast was a joke. Spilled coffee stayed on the counter for over an hour and a half. Zero toastable items or fruit. Waffle batter out, syrup weird taste. OJ less than 1/2” in gallon jug. The only things there were some tiny iced rolls, Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes and milk. The management was non existent during breakfast and checkout. This place needs a major overhaul with fresh management and fresh air.

We would have loved to stay at Days Inn, but was told our reservation was not on file by the front desk! We booked with Expedia, but the hotel said they had no record of our reservation. I told them I had an email confirmation but they said they didn’t have it. They could give me a room for more than double the price and I said no. Expedia still charged me for the room!! I am expecting a refund ASAP

It’s been an Econo Lodge for 3, not a Days Inn. That caused some confusion. Staff was nice but nothing great. No elevator and parking wasn’t great. Very musty and run down. Bathtub had a huge crack in it. El Paso as a whole is pretty much the same.
The rooms were small, bed uncomfortable, bathroom was so tiny I couldn’t turn around. People had parked in their lot with trailers and it made it impossible to get out of and the staff did not address it at all.
This was okay for one night. The outside door at the end of the hall was not secure. It did not lock. The listing on Expedia claimed there was free continental breakfast and even listed the hours. All they had was coffee and juice.

There was no continental breakfast and I was informed there was a hot tub and there was I think the rates are a little high for what you get sorry
I liked that it was not fancy, but clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was pretty limited, but that was fine with us. The staff was friendly and there was easy access from the highway.
