It was a great stay, and the staff were wonderful. However, my key card had to be reprogrammed several times, and on the second day of my four-day stay, I was woken up because they mistakenly thought my room was vacant. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.

Lots of good aspects to this hotel, such as the friendly staff, good tasting breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and the price. However, our particular room had a very uncomfortable mattress—way too soft. If you are someone that wants extra soft, it will be good for you. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a continuous hum coming from the ceiling (maybe from the HVAC). We didn’t notice it until the tv was off late at night, but it was audible and strong enough that you could feel the ceiling vibrating. The tv remote only turned on the tv and changed the volume. So we were limited to the current channel. Luckily we were up for Friends reruns on TBS. Finally, note that there is no swimming pool.
