The location is great. Just a short walk from the ferry. We thought the room was very comfortable and quaint. Great for a short stay and the rate was reasonable. Other hotels we checked on Block Island had a 2 night minimum and we only needed 1. Happy with our stay.

Great location. Small but comfortable room. Clean, with a comfortable bed. Only complaint was no soap. I've checked into hundreds of hotels over many years and never had to go out and but a bar of soap before.

Found this hotel on Expedia when searching for Montauk, NEW YORK hotels even though this hotel is in RHODE ISLAND. When we discovered the mistake right immediately after booking, the hotel was unwilling to cancel reservation citing hotel policy. This is a terrible company taking advantage of Expedia's terrible algorithm in allowing booking based on Nautical miles

Everything was nice about the room except that the bathroom door doesn’t shut. Swollen? Out of square? We were in room #2 .

Simple and very clean and comfortable. This hotel is precisely as advertised and is perfect for when you spend minimal time in the room, but love how comfy the bed is and how intimate and private the room seems. I loved the homey feel and you arent paying for a ton of bells and whistles you dont use. Ill be a returning customer.

Location Location Location! Walking distance from ferry. Very clean. It was snall, just bed and bath. But it was clean and cute. Had table and chairs, bureau, nice tv, ac, but no refrigerator or coffee maker. Bakery and restaurant in walking distance. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.

No Frill but great location

Basic clean no frills room. Queen bed pushed up against the wall. Bath was recently updated shower was tiny. It was functional and very close to everything

Quick getaway

No frills but the place was clean and inexpensive. Would definitely stay there again. Ask for the 2nd floor. Its an older building and sounds travel a bit. Location was great.

Perfect room on a budget

This is a great cute little place. Extremely clean and well kept. It's in an older building so there is noise from doors opening and closing and people walking. I turned on my white noise and that took care of that. For the price this place is perfect, I plan on staying there the next time I make the trip. They do offer parking on a first come first serve basis, I never had an issue not having a spot. Make sure if you want a fridge in your room you request it, I assumed they were in every room, but they are not.
