Well placed in the heart of town and close to the Taylor river walkways. Beautifully clean, comfortable bed and lovely soft towels. Only grizzle is that there was no recycling bin in the room so I took my recyclables home with me. No single use products in the bathroom or kitchenette though. Very friendly and helpful staff

Staff were excellent on arrival and during our extended stay (was a 4 night trip, extended another 2 nights + another 4 nights). Staff blocked out dates for us as we had a sick family member & then a funeral to attend. They went out of their way to make our time at Lugano memorable. Wifi was a little difficult sometimes, but a reset sorted this issue. Bed comfortable, a little noise from road, clock tower but an excellent stay.
