Arrivée tardive mais très bon accueil de la réceptionniste qui m’a indiqué un abri spécial moto pour la stationner à côté du parking, ça c’est un très bon point. Mais quelques difficultés à partir tôt le matin à 6h00, pas de personnel donc j’avais déposé ma carte à la réception sans retenir le code d’ouverture de la porte et du portail…. Très mauvais oubli, portail fermé, pas moyen d’entrer dans l’hôtel, appel sur l’interphone, sur leur téléphone fixe, sur un portable indiqué à l’entrée… rien, personne ne répond, 1/2h à tourner en rond pour enfin trouver une fenêtre de salle de véranda ouverte mais portes fermées…. en voyant un aspirateur j’ai tapoté aux vitres pour enfin voir arriver la femme de ménage pas très souriante qui m’a donné le code et qu’il fallait juste me présenter devant le portail pour qu’il s’ouvre… mais oui pourquoi n’y ai-je pas pensé avant !!! Sauf qu’une fois devant le portail il ne s’ouvrait pas… détecteur au sol ? Moto pas assez lourde ? Du coup je suis passé par le portillon piéton à pied pour faire le code sur le clavier côté extérieur…. ouf enfin sorti mais perdu beaucoup de temps…sortie matinale à améliorer en le précisant à la réception pour éviter mon expérience 😅

2 eme fois dans cet hebergement en l'espace de 2 ans. La deuxieme fois etait une erreur de reservation car je n'avais pas été satisfait la premiere fois. Les 2 fois, je me suis retrouvé sans eau chaude dans ma chambre...un bonheur le matin de prendre sa douche a l'eau froide...a chaque fois...le personnel est au courant...mais visiblement rien ne change ou alors j'ai vraiment pas de bol...Pour le reste, hotel type ibis budget ou BB hotel, sans surprise. Le pti dej donne moins envie en vrai que sur les photos des sites avec 1 gros bémol pour le jus d'orange qui goutait plus le jus premier premier prix...je n'ai pas pu le boire...mais peut etre etais-je un peu agacé par ma douche à l'eau froide...Pour la facture, pas possible de l'avoir a l'arrivée, seulement le lendemain matin...probleme le lendemain...elle ne peut pas etre modifiée...j'ai donc reçu la bonne facture dans la journée après 2 relances.

+ Très bon accueil de la part du personnel. + Chambre très bien isolée (testée avec la présence d'un groupe de motards très discrets). + Petit déjeunert correct. - Pas de restaurants dans les environs (à part celui de l'hôtel, complet. La réceptionniste m'a proposé de me trouver une place mais je ne me sentais pas à l'aise au milieu des motards) . La voiture est nécessaire..

J'ai eu un problème de facturation à mon arrivé. Je galère pour me faire rembourser et obtenir ma facture modifié. J'ai appelé déjà 4 fois, à chaque fois les employés me disent qu'ils s'en occupent mais rien ne se passe. C'est usant de devoir toujours se battre... Le personnel manque de professionnalisme. La note sur le site est sur évalué.

Tres bon séjour personnel au top tres agreable souriant. Chambre tres bien petit déjeuner excellent avec des priduits de très bonne qualité. Par contre un bémol et pas des moindres, les poils dans la douche un red flag. Je suis très exigeante en ce qui concerne la propreté par conséquent des poils dans la douche NON! Dommage car c'est un hôtel qui mérite un cinq étoiles. Menage à revoir...

Très bon accueil, possibilité de recharger notre véhicule électrique. 2 chambres proposées avec ménage non effectué et 3eme chambre avec chauffage défectueux. Manque ascenseur, Hôtel silencieux et petit déjeuner copieux
