We loved our stay at Blue View Cabin - it was just perfect location close to town but quiet. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day and the kitchen just perfect for us to cook a few meals. Shower and bedrooms were also clean and comfortable

This property is located in an idyllic, peaceful location. The cabin is beautifully maintained and is sparkling clean. The hot tub was well heated and very clean. We would’ve loved to stay for longer!

The property was nice, and we enjoyed the hot tub and the entrance from the hot tub to the bathroom. We felt there was good privacy, and the setting was nice for viewing the aurora (too bad we had heavy cloud cover while we were there). The property recommended a couple restaurants that were near-by and we loved Mika!

Clean place. Comfortable stay. One call out - water in kitchen and bathroom is thermal water that’s not drinkable and smells bad (sulfur). Need to call this out so that guests can making arrangements for drinking water. Water pressure in bathroom is poor.

Quaint little cabin with everything you need

The cabin was great! It was in a quiet location away from everything. The place was cozy and they truly paid attention to the tiny details. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working, which was a bummer. Other than that, we’d definitely stay there again. Check out Kaffihus Grund for dinner!

Fantastic Place

This property was the perfect spot for us. It was easy to get to because the interaction with the property manager is seamless. We (4 adults) stayed here for one night after a day at Thingvellir National Park, Laugarvatn, The Geysir and Gullfoss. It’s located nearest to Geysir. The property is kept immaculately and the views from each direction are stunning. Beds were very comfortable and the living space, while cozy, is perfectly set up. Hot tub is an added bonus. Two minutes from Restaurant Mika and ten minutes from a bunch of other restaurants. If I am lucky enough to come back to Iceland, I will stay In this unit for more than one day next time,
