“The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one.
The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow.
I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”

“Comfortable rooms in a peaceful lake location. Grounds are immaculate as are rooms. Good restaurants with some lake views and food is quite good although service can be a bit slow and spotty.
Entertainment on Friday at the restaurant was a tad loud and annoying similar to kareoke with someone playing songs and substituting their voice.Previous night was nice piano playerwhich was more appropriate.”

“Amazing place, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We planned to stay for one night at the last minute, but ended up staying for our whole holiday!! The set up is amazing, they have thought of so many nice touches that make such a difference. Facilities in general have been really well thought out with some great extras available.
The hosts are amazing, the local area has so much to offer... we'll definitely be going back and have recommended it to family and friends.”
