I would recommend this property! Staff was amazing, check in was so easy! If you plan to have any adult beverages bring them as this town does not sell alcohol but 5 minutes up the road at the gas station you can beer.

The owner was so kind when we showed up and our reservation got messed up. She called around and found us a room then paid for it herself. We then stayed at the Blue Sage the next 2 nights. Great place to stay.

Great stay for the price. It was self-check-in with a code at the door, so we never saw any staff. The breakfast was okay. It was located in the manager's office and had a limited selection. The room was very clean and had been renovated. The bathroom was nice and clean. Things we would change about this place: new mattresses, new doors with better security than a code lock and chain lock, and better privacy curtains over the windows. Things we loved: great price, clean room, clean bathroom, mini fridge, and very quiet.

Comfortable bed. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. Close to the main road but never heard any traffic noise. Designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright and it is in the process of gradual upgrades.

The family suite at the Blue Sage Inn & Suites met our needs perfectly. The outdoor area was an excellent place to unwind from a long car trip. We ate our dinner out on the tables and my kids ran around on the grassy area. Breakfast the next morning exceeded our expectations - we had very low expectations and were pleased with the variety of food offered. We will definitely stay again should we ever need to stop in Blanding.
