The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive! The resort is in a fairly remote location however the resorts shuttle service will get you to some key places like Ubud and Sanur. The food was amazing. The pools were well maintained & you could order food and drink to the pool. The rooms were air conditioned, too.

It was a nice stay, and the staff were accommodating. One downside was that when the restaurant is closed, you can’t get any cutlery. Also, if you lose a key card, there is an extra fee (Rp.100.000) , which is uncommon compared to many other places.

The place is super nice and especially very quiet, there is greenery at every corner, the staff were fantastic polite always smiling and always ready to help. My stay at Swan Paradise was excellent. From the moment I arrived to my departure, I was cared for well by their staff. The staff went above and beyond in so many areas, from providing tea upon arrival, helping with luggage, providing excellent hospitality, and so much more. I will definitely be planning on re-visiting this property.
