Staff were great (the bottleshop guy checked me in). The room was clean, basic & served our overnight stay purpose. There's a pretty big plumbing issue in the carpark that needs investigating - hope you get it fixed soon!

Room was in a poor state. Missing shower tiles, cracks in walls and ceiling (some cracks filled with rolled up newspaper). I think a building inspector would close this place down.
