The staff was lovely and friendly throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable and soft and the entertainment was incredible. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is looking to stay in Blackpool on Holiday.

Have stayed several times, staff are always friendly and helpful, easy check in and hotel has good restaurant. Rooms can be a little warm (depending on where you are but a fan was provided) Bars are good, nightly entertainment on the weekends is good. Will stay again thanks.

My Mum struggles with out her walker, but had lots of advice and shown different lifts of how to get around the hotel. We had a lovely room, food and staff were excellent will definitely return.

Room was large,very clean. Staff everywhere were helpful and courteous. Food was excellent and staff pleasant Had a Seaview room, only downside was the noise first thing in a morning. Example, traffic and the people cleaning the promenade. Would definitely stay here again

The room door had no handle inside to open door which wasn’t handy the toilet area was very small with no room at all could not close door because of space. The kettle was plugged in to one of the only 2 plug sockets in room which isn’t practical nowadays to only have 2 sockets with phones etc. only 1 small lift to get up to the top floor in the whole building again not practical for the amount of people. But the one thing that I will be complaining to choice hotels about is when booking I explained I recently had a total knee replacement and would struggle on stairs yet on arrival was given a top floor room which required me to use the stairs as lift too busy or slow and after counting over 40 stairs up to the room I was struggling by night this made me angry and sore which spoiled my trip. The breakfast was great and staff in the dining hall and bars was very pleasant.
