The room was really ideal space for 2 and had plenty of storage space and the sea view room was amazing looking out onto the prom. Would definitely stay again with close walks to the town centre, pubs and is a lovely photo place down near the north beach just south of Bispham.

The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the bedside areas and windowsill were quite dusty and could do with a thorough clean. Unfortunately, it took me a long time to fall asleep because the window wouldn’t close properly, so I could hear the sea all night.

Our room was clean and beds really comfortable. The staff were fine but it was impossible to find any this morning before we left for home. There was no one there. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8.30-9 which I was told you can pay for on the day. As we had a long journey ahead of us I thought we would have breakfast but there was no staff present to make it at all. Also no notices to say breakfast was unavailable so we left at 8.45 to get breakfast before catching train. I feel that there is too much responsibility left to the teenagers who work there although they are pleasant and helpful. Only one night of entertainment also
