Very friendly staff at all times. Room was comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. The evening entertainment was absolutely superb and definitely the highlight of oir stay. We would definitely stay at the Royal Boston Hotel again.

Overall a good hotel, very good lounge area, rooms were basic but nice and clean I did only book a budget room so was as expected,bed was very comfy staff were very nice,breakfast was good nicely cooked ,would have liked more of a fruit choice as only apples and oranges and a couple of cake options would have made it better Was a good choice for what I wanted I didn't see any entertainment as I had other plans but it was on.

Hotel in good location. Parking available which was good. Breakfast was lovely although if small Kelloggs breakfast boxes available would make it even better. Room was very dated and need a refurb. Toilet seat was so close to wall you couldn’t sit comfortable. Room was clean as can be but need to decorate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, good to have parking on site (booked in advance - fee payable, but that's the same everywhere) and a 24 hr bar. Very slight delay in checking in, but still given a free drink which was very much appreciated. Room had a sea view, and there was a really nice breakfast.
