Staff attentive. Room so basic it didn't even have bedside lamps, toilet tissue in a container on the wall behind the toilet so whilst sitting i could only get one square oblved my shoulder at a time

Felt really safe here as a solo traveller. Room was a great price and so handy for the winter gardens theatre. Had everything you need!

Decent budget hotel

Great stay

Really warm welcome and explained about the hotel and shown around very friendly and lovely people. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean. However the double bed was small and uncomfortable but didn’t put us off, will be visiting again soon. Xxx

Great stay

Good hotel, friendly staff/owner, very helpful, american style diner chill area with pool table. Bar reasonably priced. Cooked us a burger at 2am after night out, life saver.

They have an on site bar and kitchen for surprisingly fair prices. They even deliver the food to your room once it's ready. Bed was comfy enough, I guess that's the main thing you look for in a hotel 😂

Great Value. Superb Hosts!

For what it cost this place is great value and the owner could not have been more hospitable & helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable We stayed there as a band who were performing at The Winter Gardens and this was justa short walk. Plus the bar was open until 3am so we made the most of it.

Was easy to get to once you knew where to go. Its small and friendly. Family business they was all great and cook yummy Burgers :) Was only stairs but we could keep our pram in the dinning/ entertainment room were it was safe :) Was a great stay planning on going again

Not bad for the price only stayed one night very close to the beach family run hotel all very helpful Pillows were lumpy but did sleep well would of been top notch to have tea and coffee in the rooms would stay again

For the price it was excellent The staff were excellent and very accommodating You get what you pay for No shampoo bath mat etc but I would definitely stay there again

Martin the host was great very helpful & friendly, the owner Paris is a lovely guy too fixed the broken door handle instantly again lovely friendly guy oh an the burgers they make onsite are absolutely delicious Rooms could do with a fan as very warm otherwise great stay thanks see you again
