The host was lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was very nice. Room was lovely. The only improvement I would say is that it would have been nice to have hand soap and a hand towel in the en suite. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. There is a car park across the road and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the beach front so it’s in a great location

very clean and convenient for sea front and central. Room was quite small but all was good for our two night stop over. Nice comfy bed and en suite shower .Well thought out colour scheme and nice thick clean comfy carpet. Breakfast was yummy. Hot.Fresh, Well cooked and nothing to much trouble for the hosts WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND .

We loved everything about this property, it had a homely atmosphere, the new owners were extremely helpful and accommodating for our little lady, it's close to the seafront and local amenities. Pete and Sue made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was lovely - bright, clean and warm. We ordered breakfast for our second day and this was very tasty and filling. The only downside was not having an en-suite but this wasn't a problem at all as the bathroom was very close to hand. Very good value for what we paid overall. Also parking is just across the road and we were able to unload our bags directly outside before parking up in the car park. Would highly recommend without a doubt. We will definitely book again when we return to Blackpool.
