The welcome was great very friendly. Limited parking. The rooms were lovely very spacious had everything we needed. The shower was quite low pressure. And the noise from other guests arriving back at all hours meant broken sleep. We would definitely stay again as it was a great room and friendly service.

Very clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows

Nice hotel

Hotel is budget priced, but its not budget feel. Its well situated at starrgate end, so its quiet but just a short tram ride into heart of blackpool. Rooms are very spacious,lift to all floors,free parking in front and on street behind.

I wasn't allowed to use the canteen. My room was opposite the lift, it had a view of an alleyway, the toilet was old and tattered. But I was able to sleep. The bed was firm and the mattress and pillows were good quality. I would not stay in that room again. Brought down the holiday.

Great stay.

My stay was really good, efficient check in, room was very spacious, big tvs and wifi and a seaview room, shower was very hot although it took about 10mins to heat up, but then was hot and powerful. Beds were comfy and plenty of plug sockets.

Great Hotel

Great place to relax away from the centre and across from the beach, staff are nice and helpful, great location and I recommend going to the Arminian kebab shop and Dunes cafe for food and boss haircuts for a trim, there all a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a pleasant stay 👍

Easy to park outside. Able to leave the bags with them before checking in. Friendly staff Room was clean. Curtains just covered the window. Compact bathroom. Carpet a bit stained but not a recent stain. It was good for the price we paid and for an overnight stay. Nothing really bad
