Perfect

We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future.

Hotel its horrible, dirty, we all got bed bug bites. The lady that worked it the place was lovely and very helpful. She was not the owner so not her fault. The place needs a good clean. Had to bin all over cloths and book the swimming to shower and buy new clothes.

To start it off the hotel had changed there name and hadn’t informed us so spent 30 min driving up and down the sea front,We had use of two rooms for showers as our room (2) shower door fell off and shower knobs also fell off so wasn’t able to control the temperature , the sea view would have been nice apart from dirty windows, the heating wouldn’t turn off but to be fair to the lady there she did offer us a free night at a time of our choosing which unfortunately we will not be using

Perfect for groups of friends

Very comfortable stay for a group of 6 first year university students looking for some time away before the holidays. A very spacious 2 bedroom living space, with a living room, kitchen (including crockery and cutlery) and a bathroom. The only issue was there only being one set of 2 power outlets, so charging phones was a waiting game in most cases.

Very cold night due to very windy weather and windows not really closing. Central heating didnt work on the floor we were on, but did get an electric heater which did the job. Very helpfull staff, ok for the price.

Fantastic stay at the hotel 🏨

Hotel is in a great location. We had a balcony with a sea view. The room was ok and the beds are comfy with nice clean linen and towels. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were adequate. Shower was ok but a bit slow however, the water stayed hot. Tv in the room with freeview which was a good size. The hotel was pet friendly. The room was a great size and good value for money. We ordered breakfast and it was fast service with a lovely set up, it tasted fantastic and was plentiful, just what we needed for the day ahead. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Pay for what you get

It’s what you pay for, our Moto is asking as you can sleep, shower and toilet and you could do this. It was nothing special but it was cheap and sea view. We were out all day so didn’t want to pay out the odds for something nicer as pointless. Reception friendly and helpful :)

I liked that it was on the sea front and the room was clean the bed was comfy I would definitely go back there again the only thing I didn’t like was the shower it kept goin hot then cold but other than that it was a good place to stay

On arrival no heating or hot water. Wallpaper peeling off wall. Had 1 little fan heater in replacement of heating, but room was still freezing. Manager of that hotel wasnt there on arrival it was a manager from different hotel. No apologises from manager of hotel but yet still has the cheek to charge full price. Definitely wont be going back and definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Perfect location

We love Blackpool and would definitely recommend and would stay here again. You do get what you pay for, we only paid £32.50 a night. It's in a great location on the promenade. Our room was okay, it could have been a little cleaner but we were happy with. And the bed was really comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here last weekend. Lady in charge was really friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfy and the room was better then we thought it would be had a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, towels ect shower was nice and hot. Really quiet & other residents were respectful. Beach

This hotel is close to the South shore Pier and the Pleasure Beach also the tram and bus stops are just a couple of minutes away. It also has parking for at least 12 cars which is free I shall use these again as they are cheap and cheerful
