For the price it was excellent There was a musty smell in the breakfast room However the room itself was very good

Lovley little place to stay central location, lady who runs the place is brilliant couldn’t do enough for you, will defo stay here again.

Friendly welcome

Obviously a little dated as all of these places are, but clean. Got upgraded to a twin en-suite room with usual tea & coffee making facilities. Kathy was away but greeted by Eddie, very friendly Liverpudlian. Breakfasts were really good - cereal then sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding, hash browns, fresh tomato and baked beans, all times two and cooked nicely. Then toast and marmalade plus orange juice and tea.

2 nights stay in Blackpool while up for the foot. Great value for money though and a decent breakfast as well. Old style Blackpool B&B with friendly landlady Cathy.

We arrived and was made very welcome from the start, we was showed to our room which was very clean and a comfortable size. Breakfast was really good best eggs ever really fresh . We will stay here again when visiting Blackpool

Hazel Grove Guest House This Places was really nice to stay this nice and clean the own this nice and friendlies when you walk in the shower was nice and hot plus you are owning 3 mins cross the road from sea life and high street this owning 20mins from train station to hazel grove this nice place get wee break ps nice visit of Blackpool tower too

The family size room was perfect for our needs, and the guest house was in a very convenient area for all the attractions. The area around the property was very run down and could do with a major makeover. The lady who ran the property was very nice and even let us check in early the breakfast certainly filled us up for the day you had choice of two cereals,croissants, and then a full English breakfast with plenty of tea/coffee which was ample for us.ideal location for attractions and transport and the tower.

Arrived at guesthouse having booked previous day. Landlady met us at door. Very friendly and helpful. Property is dated but very clean and more than satisfactory. Unable to have breakfast due to having early start. Owners made us breakfast sandwiches to takeaway which was appreciated. Would recommend this guesthouse. Location is in the centre of all attractions. Great location.
