Akbar and his wife were so welcoming. Price was great, managed to get free on street parking outside the front door. Room was compact and tidy. Great location for the Winter Gardens where our event was. Just want to say thanks for a great stay.

Really nice, friendly, comfortable stay.

Great choice for my 4 night stay. Lovely, friendly couple running the Guest House. Gave me all the info about the place I needed. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Clean bathroom, nice hot shower. Plentiful supplies of tea and coffee to work through each morning before heading off to Rebellion. Will book for next year.

Great stay, nothing to complain about.

Owner was very welcoming upon arrival, the room was a good size and very clean. Great location too just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Overall nothing to complain about whatsoever.

The hotel was what we expected for Blackpool, it served it's purpose but was very much your typical Blackpool hotel, if you are looking for just a room then this is the place for you (and to be fair You're not short of food options in the town!). A little lick of paint and some TLC wouldn't go amiss. The staff were lovely and friendly during all our interactions with them. Do be aware that the hotel (like most places in Blackpool) preferred payment in cash

One night stay

Rooms are small but immaculate, communication with the host was excellent and we popped in on the off chance our room was ready before 3pm and it was. There's street parking if you are lucky but a few car parks nearby. Perfect spot away from all the noise on a nightime but not too far away to walk. Will definitely stay again

Very friendly couple run this place. They couldn't do enough for us, even let us check in early cause of weather. Very helpful and informative during our visit. Ideal location for everything Blackpool related.

Amazing stay we will be back

Lovely rooms great welcome. We were a family of 4 they switched the rooms so we were all on the same floor. Friendly and talked to us about our plans for the week and our stay. Made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely family. Close to the tower and only 30 min walk to pleasure beach and Waterpark

The hotel was clean and the owners were really helpful and nice. The bed wasn’t the comfiest, however for one or two nights it’s not bad, the location is brilliant and it’s cheap - just what you need for a little break away! Thank you to all at deneside guest house.

The owner was very nice and polite, but i wouldnt have booked had i known there was no parking, food or drink facilities as advertised. Family bedrokm was tiny, kids bunk beds squeaked all night i was worried they wouldnt hold up. Adult bed, both mattress amd pillows very hard, might aswell have slept on the floor. Very basic budget hotel.

Clean, comfortable, friendly

This is an average little Blackpool hotel. Nothing special. However, it was spotlessly clean, comfy bed with good pillows, and the couple who run it were very friendly. I live locally and had a friend visiting, we were having a night out, and due to building work being done on my house, it was easier to book a cheap room. The hotel offers no food or beverage but we didn't need it. Its very close to the centre, easy walking distance from bars and attractions. I will definitely recommend next time I have friends or family visiting Blackpool.

Owner a top guy. Rooms leave a lot to be desired.

The owner was a lovely man, he was polite and friendly. The rooms were dated but at £40 a night they did the job. I went to watch the football with a mate so wasn’t fussed really, but wouldn’t take my partner there. Location is excellent, although a little sketchy when returning after a night out. Overall the stay was fine and probably as expected. But the rooms are in need of updating, sheets whilst relatively clean, looked maybe 20 years old. The owner was the best thing about this guest house.
