Great place with a fantastic host, the breakfast was lovely, shops nearby and just far enough away from the centre that you can park and miss all of the chaos.

Owned by a very friendly and kind lady, property was well kept and in great order. There was a cooked breakfast every morning which was amazing and you got loads for the price. Highly recommended

We had the most lovely 2 night stay here. Room was lovely and warm. The breakfastvis certainly the best ive ever had. Lovely warm welcome when we arrived and left. We will definitely come back.

Owner was lovely. Such a homely feel. Breakfast was lovely. Our 2 girls loved it. The dog was a added bonus for our girls they loved him. Would deffo recommend.

Great value for money

Great place to stay. Good value for money. Had to be up and out before breakfast and the landlady made me sandwich’s. Which she didn’t have to do. It was really good of her.

Norhing was too much she asked about our needs and catered for them as we are vegetarian. Gave us alot of info about the area and buses and trams The bedroom was beautifully clean tidy and everything you need. Beds were confertable bathroom was clean and shower was realy good even my fussy girl loved haveing a shower The breakfast was realy good the celection of cerials. Overall i would highly recommend and would definetly stay again

A perfectly located property if you would like to enjoy the town centre and all the Merlin attractions. The walk to the Blackpool tower and its’ neighbouring attractions (about 25 minutes) was very scenic along the seashore. Janet was extremely welcoming and looked after us very well. The breakfast was perfect and Janet even catered for our vegetarian needs. The room was very clean and the four of us were able to sleep comfortably. The room was serviced every morning too. Great choice!

Hidden gem

Although this hotel is a bit of a distance from the train station, it was worth the walk. The hotel has a homely feel and Janet, the host was very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much. The breakfast was amazing. A hidden gem..........would be hard to find another place in Blackpool for the price we paid. I definitely would stay again
