“The location was excellent, walking distance from town centre shops, pubs & restaurants. Hotel also had a car park and nice bar with a free pool table. Owner was very helpful with check in and explaining where everything was. It is not trying to be a luxurious hotel, but for a cheap room for the night to break up a long drive it was perfect for my needs. The only real negative I had is that the bed wasn't the comfiest but I still slept fine.”

Award winning marmalades, served with HOMEMADE bread and all of the ingredients of the cooked breakfast’s are local and high quality.
