Couldn’t fault the room and staff at check in/behind the bar. Breakfast let the stay down, waiting nearly and hour for 4 easy breakfast (beans on toast, scrambled eggs and pancakes) and when it finally arrived it wasn’t very nice at all, we did wonder if the scrambled eggs had been dropped on the floor and scraped back on the plate- it looked so bad. Such a shame as the rooms were lovely, very clean and the pub is lovely. I would stay again but wouldn’t be rushing back to have breakfast here.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Bar area and dining area lovely. Staff were really nice. The breakfast were good but the lunchtime food and evening food were not good at all very very disappointing. We took. some guests there one lunchtime and the food was terrible . We finished going somewhere else to eat at evenings. Don't think we would stay again..which is sad as it was a pretty hotel.
