This property is now in my top 3 places to stay in Bangkok and for those who frequently travels and stays in Bangkok, this should mean a lot because there is no shortage of great accommodations in this city. Location is superb, directly connected to CentralWorld, walking distance from numerous other malls. rooms are on the smaller side, but decor and materials quality are outstanding. Club lounge is spectacular with both views and amenities. We never went to the main breakfast buffet because lounge experience was more serene and with quality food available. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Travel with extended family and a small child is never easy, but it was seamless at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and check out the stunning views and delicious food at RedSky restaurant and CRU bar. Definitely one of my very favorite spots in Bangkok and a real contender for repeat visits.

I highly recommend this hotel. Amazing staff, amazing rooms, amazing beds, just down the street from the mall. The buffet was good too.
