Very tolerant of our noisy nieces and nephews in the swimming pool area. Always had fresh dry towels for everyone to use. Allowed us also to have a boisterous pizza dinner in the area near the front desk.

It was the worse stay ever. From the horrible smell walking in. No extra pillows when requested,worse of all when I asked management sat morning for house keeping to clean my room,just to come back and nothing was done to my room.I had to throw out my own trash and had to reuse the same towels to shower, than when I went to ask for a discount off my stay they said management was gonna get a hold of me. ITS A BUNCH OF BS

We do place 4 pillows on each bed. We do apologize if you did not have that amount. We offer daily service as you can retrieve extra towels at he front. I was not available yesterday but as the front desk advised I would be able on Monday. Regards Lena GM

The place is old and in need of work. Mold was painted over in the bathroom and the plastic tub was noisy each time you shifted weight in it. There are gaps in the window frames, so during a good wind storm it sound like a 50's western movie as the wind whistles through the window gaps as you try to sleep. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, but there's only one person taking care of things like getting coffee and restocking food, and she was overwhelmed. She needs a raise!

As in any establishment the front person makes the first impression. The charming woman at the front desk was just that..and while training another, equally charming person. They were very helpful. Would have liked a working hot tub but all was comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my child, husband and a service dog. The only reason why I’m giving this hotel a 4 stars it’s because I requested a room on the ground floor via email 1 week before my stay and when I checked in they gave me a room on the third floor even though I pointed out that I had requested a room on the ground floor.
Breakfast was good. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Very convenient to have a gas station and some fast food restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again if needed.

There was a lot smell in the carfet.
It was too dark in the kitchen to cook.
There was something yellow on the bed sheets.
The soundproofing was bad.
