Hoteles en Black Butte Ranch, OR

“The hotel staff refused to give us a new comforter. The comforter on the bed was all in a lump where the material were lumped together. The tv volume was locked and you could barely hear it. The hotel staff refused to turn it up.”

“Our 4 night stay in a luxury cabin had to be cut short, with no reimbursement, due to rats in the walls!! After 2 nights of attempting to sleep with rats scratching from inside the walls at the head of our bed, we gave up and drove the 4 hours home. When I reached out to the owners they never even returned my call. I WOULD EXPECT ATLEAST RETURN CALL FOR OVER $800/NIGHT.”
