“We enjoyed stay so much. It is really amazing property. Everything was really great. Apartman nice, clean a modern. We had everything we need in there. Swimming pool was clean and lovely. Breakfast were really good. Everything was really perfect. Thank you so much :-)”

“Più cura verso i clienti”

“The pool wasn't open in mid-May, and it would need to be heated if it was open in the spring. Room was clean, staff were helpful. Food was ok, but not as good as other farm house stays. Beautiful scenery, but remote location. Assisi and Montefalco were convenient by car.”

“Charming and private country side stay. farm to table restaurant on site family run with outstanding dinner using products grown there.”

“The room was a good size and comfortable. The usual problem with European hotels where the bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom, so you have to bother your companion with the light in the middle of the night. The breakfast was also nice and efficient. The location was close to Perugia and had free parking that helped a lot.”

“Atendimento do checkout ruim. Quarto limpo. Propriedade limpa e bonita. Piscina grande.”

“Wonderful location. Clean and beautiful room. Staff was welcoming and breakfast was wonderful”

“Staff very welcoming. Place is a restaurant and B&B. Wonderful breakfast! Parking convenient. Not a walkable Location l, but very convenient drive to Spoleto. I had a private room off the main house, only issue was the bathroom was dated but still clean and functional. Gorgeous view of the lower valley.”

“Posto tranquillo. Ideale per rilassarsi.”

“Building and staff very good.Food in resteraunt not very good dessert unedible.incredibly sweet .complained to waiter but it remained on bill.Swimming pool great but full of load non residents I think playing load music so not pleasent.”

“Weekend pasquale meraviglioso!! Posto magico, colazione eccezionale e accoglienza super. Consigliatissimo!! Francesco, Stefania e bimbi ”

“Muy agradable. Estuvimos. Totalmente recomendable.”
