I was very pleased with my stay here. My room had a surprising number of amenities, including a hairdryer, microwave, and mini fridge. The room was clean and everything worked correctly. Most importantly, the hotel staff was excellent. They made me feel welcome and quickly completed the check-in process. Overall, my stay here was a great value and I would come back for the customer service alone.

Paid extra compared to other hotels in area for included breakfast, but the breakfast had only bread and cereal option (that too pretty limited for those 2 options). Not worth spending extra bucks to have breakfast included in your price. We just skipped that breakfast and had it somewhere else.

While this is an older property, they have done remodeling, painting and upkeep on a regular basis. It makes it a comfortable hotel. It's easy off the street and within walking distance of a Starbucks. We like it because we can stay with our little dog and not have to worry about anything.

I left my wallet in my room along with a bunch of hygiene and toiletries and a JBL speaker and it seems i cant get ahold of anyone to get my belongings back. Everytime i call they want me to speakto a different peraon... i was not able to make it back to the hotel room in time to get my belongings, They also tried charging me 3 seperatw times with 3 diferent transaction amounts after my stay. Nice place to stay.

Older place with no elevator but short number of stairs.staff was very helpful making sure I got help with my walker getting up and down them when needed. They were very kind. Room was comfortable and everything worked.

I stayed on July 4th so it was inherently noisy. However the options to grab a meal were limited later in the evening. Breakfast options were quite limited. Overall a good property that would be recommended for a stay on a budget. The 100% woman owned feature is nice and I am glad it gets advertised.

Great value - Starbucks closeby.

It was a great place for the value. Little bit older hotel, but was clean and comfortable. Bonus was it is close to coffee, dining, and shopping. Super easy to find.
