The lady that checked us in was very helpful, kind and polite. There was dog hair all over the brown fleece blankets on both beds. The pillows are not comfortable and there was no hand soap, lotion, or facial tissue stocked in our room.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, it had an adequate kitchen but you had to get dishes etc from the shop by the front desk. It was conveniently located for our exploration of Bismark.

The woman who checked me in was friendly, courteous, sincere & professional. She actually remembered me from my last stay a few months back. She noticed how tired I was and her eagerness to check me was greatly appreciated. I prefer My Place Hotels because they are always consistent. Clean rooms, warm, friendly staff and comfortable beds/bedding. These rooms really do have a feeling similar to my own home.
