Everything was actually pretty decent. It was nice at check-in to be greeted with a smile and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. My only concerns was the phone in the room did not work, smell of natural gas in the back of the property that I notified them about, and the TV that was pre-set to turn off every 30 minutes.
