The staff was really nice and helpful, very very good, but the place is pretty run down, the AC unit was annoyingly loud (and you _must_ use it in the summer as the sun in summer Bishop, CA cooks the building walls all day), and there are ants in the ground floor rooms. The bed was way too soft and the mini fridge makes too much noise.
