Main area of hotel was lovely and appreciated the bar being open late after returning from the Kynren. For the price our room off the courtyard was basic but functional. Plastic, disposible cups in bathroom. No dressing table mirror near a socket for us ladies, cheap furniture and roller blinds. We didn’t eat there so can't comment.

Check in was great. My daughter loved the colouring books. 😀 The family room was nice and spacious and clean. My daughter found the sofa bed to be a bit on the hard side but was fine once we padded it out with cushions. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast where there was plenty of choice. We will definitely be back.

I stayed in room 1 during this stay. The room was lovely and large and clean and the coffee machine was a bonus. My only complaint was the noise. There was a lot of road noise plus the extractors/fans on the roof which meant I had to keep the windows closed to reduce the noise which meant the room was very warm. The cooked breakfast was also not up to their usual standard either which was a little disappointing as it's usually very good. I would stay again but not in this room. The staff were great as usual which they are on every visit.
