Vacations Close To Birmingham Zoo

No staff. They have a text number for questions. I texted no coffee stocked at the Keurig stations on both floors. Never received coffee or a the courtesy of a response. Nothing within easy walking distance.

Great staff, clean room, good breakfast. Thanks!

The apartment we stayed in was very nice. Not too much to complain about other than we noticed a dirty glass in the cupboard. But that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We just didn’t use it and tossed it in the dishwasher. The check-in process was a little confusing but the staff in the lobby were helpful in figuring it out. The only major negative we experienced was that the area around the apartment had nothing to offer. No corner stores, gas stations for snacks, minimal food options. But that’s obviously not the host’s fault. Just something to be aware of when staying here. We had to uber to a circle K and a Taco Bell for late night snacks.

Our unit was very clean, modern and well appointed. The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Great location, secure parking and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a huge suite here. All lovely. This property is in an office/residential building. There is just a security guard. No staff. Free snacks, water, coffee in communal kitchen.

Paid by 3rd party then the hotel ended up charging my personal credit card I put down for accidents and they charge me 131 dollars and we’re not concerned when I called to talk to a manager
