Nathan is a superstar!

Great service for check in and generally very friendly staff throughout the stay. In particular a lovely Gentleman called Nathan who went out of his way to welcome us and had an uncanny memory for our room numbers!

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel, rooms nice and comfortable,bed nice and big, pillows a bit hars for my liking, shower was a bit hit and miss, onsite pub a treat, didnt really have any interactions with staff, as check in you done yourself,which i personally dont like, overall not a bad stay

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Some areas, particularly the entrance to the lobby bathrooms are in need of redecorating. Good size food portions With so many offerings at the hotel: gym, pool, boxercise, night club, bar, restaurant, coffee shop, the lobby area always felt very busy

We LOVE staying at this hotel. The staff are all amazing- from the hospitality to the fitness team. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is clean with a lively homely feel. The gym and pool area are great too, and we will definitely be returning. Big shout out to Nathan who is so helpful and a genuinely lovely member of the team.

No AC in room but fan supplied. Sink cracked and tap loose in hole. With window open could hear aqua-aerobics or spin classes.
