Quirky, creaky and uniquey! Loved our stay

Had a wonderful stay here. The four person family room was perfect, loved the character and all the old features. Staff were all fab. The location is ideal for walking into town. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend :)

A nice little hotel but it is a bar with a 1am licence, this means of a saturday night i stayed there was alot of sound leakage, i recon midweek it probably calmer, the riom was nice and i had a heavy discount thanks to this site loyalty so well worth the £17 i paid,

Really noisy throughout night- lots of car horns in the area, late night talking and doors banging in the hotel/pub. Pub is the oldest in West Midlands and seems very popular, but area immediately opposite is run down and ready for re development.

This is the oldest pub in Birmingham, the refurbishment is excellent keeping with history of pub. Rooms are lovely. Location fab. The sub is lively at night and has a large covered garden playing music late into the night. Loved it.
