Stunning hotel, excellent value. Rooms were decorated beautifully. Shower was excellent and room spotless. Comfortable bed and plenty of tea and coffee available. Feels like property should be a 5 star. Space to hang clothes was also a bonus and room very spacious. Absolutely will return. I didn't have breakfast but will do upon return.

The friendliest staff (in all areas/roles) and beautifully finished rooms. The food was sinply incredible - breakfast is an absolute must. Comfortable, cosy and the perfect spot for being near the NEC but far away enough to rest and relax after a long day.
