Great place to stay

The location of the hotel was great. Quick and easy check-in and check- out. The fresh and clean scent was a wonderful first impression. The price was fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

The service staff was overly accommodating. After losing my previous booking from a different hotel, my family had to sleep in the car. I was able to secure a room at this facility, but was unable to check in until the following day as they were full. I arrived early at the hotel in hopes to be able to check in. The staff worked diligently to get a room, clean and offer us early check-in. They were helpful, friendly, and overly accommodating.

The property is new so no issues with cleanliness, safety, parking, or noise. The only issue was the lack of breakfast. There were no hot items and mostly toast, bagels, and coffee. I would not consider that breakfast and therefore will probably not return. I am busy and a good breakfast on business trips saves time. Otherwise it was decent.

Decent check-in and decent room. Next to the hotel is some sort of sports complex that is having a game / contest. The the sports complex loudspeakers are booming noise into the room and I’m unsure if I’ll be able to sleep later on this evening.

Dangerous shower floor (slippery with no grip tape), poor water pressure, lumpy mattresses, very noisy, heard everything in all adjacent rooms, next door to back of Lowe's with loudspeaker and trucks backing up, terrible breakfast (bagels that were hard as rocks, unable to even cut them open, boiled eggs but no salt, no real cream cheese, no real butter, watery coffee and orange juice, and 2 black bananas, and no room for clothes in room.

Birmingham stay

My daughter and I came to do some shopping. We needed a “no frills” place to stay as we were only there at night to sleep. It was nice and clean and they had a continental breakfast to eat. Nothing heavy which was fine. Only thing I missed was coffee pot in room but there was coffee downstairs.
